Our Uncle Charlie Sabatino with his cousin and our Uncle Charles Sabatino from Boonton. The Boonton Sabatino's were our grandfather Luciano's brother Frank and his wife Lillian. They had two children Charles and Frankie. Our Uncle Charlie was still in his Coast Guard uniform having just come back home from the War. 1944

This was taken in the backyard of Smith Street, Newark, NJ where we lived until the late 1960's. Jim must have been around 4 or 5 and I must have been around 8 or 9. Dear young Bobby must have been 2 years. We are actually standing in the driveway in front of the garage of our next door neighbor, Mrs. Blood.

Here we are again in the 1950's. I think Annette Palazzolo and I must be 13 and 14 and her brother Philip must be around 7 or 8. I have no idea where we were or why the picture was taken but we do look nicely dressed up so it must have been some occasion.
